Time Tracking Now Available in TriBuild

As of today,  TriBuild users have the capability to have their field team members record their attendance, daily hours worked with labor codes of the sections they have worked on recorded directly to projects, and to calculate total regular, overtime and double-time hours worked.

By recording labor time on different stages of construction projects directly in the field, TriBuild customers can alleviate manual payroll calculations, and automatically allocate labor costs to the budgets for accurate tracking, and help progress billing be quickly and accurately prepared.

Times can also be recorded from the office either directly to a project, or at a Master Time Card level which is global across all your projects.

One of the major uses of time cards in a project management environment is comparing planned costs versus actual costs, as well as measuring employee performance, and identifying problematic tasks.

Master Time Cards
From this section you can create Pay Periods and then assign employee times across all projects and project sections to correct track labor costs.

To access the Time Cards module, click the Time Cards icon from the TriBuild toolbar at the top right of the screen.

Note: The Master Time Card module has similar functionality to the Project Time Cards available in the Daily Report module. The biggest difference is that when using the Master Time Card module, time can be entered for multiple projects and multiple employees in one central location. When entering in times at the Project Time Card level you can only record time against employees on that project.

Project Time Cards
The project Time Card module is located in the left hand menu at the project level under the Field Reporting module.

The Project Time Card Log screen will appear with all time cards associated with the project either entered at the project level, or from the Master Time Cards function.

The Add Time Card button will pull up a time card window, where you may enter in the hours applied to the project and associate multiple cost codes.

Free Field Users for 3 Months

To celebrate the release of Time Tracking, TriBuild is offering all customers 3 months of free field access to all field workers that don't already have a paid subscription so you can experience first hand the benefit of collecting times directly from the field.

We also hope that this will be of assistance to you as you start to implement Covid-19 changes in your business. By collecting field data in the cloud, you can reduce the need for your field teams to come to the office or reduce need of office staff going to the site, keeping the business moving quickly and everyone that little safer.

This is a no strings attached offer, there is no automatic billing at the end of 3 months – this is a genuine chance to test it out risk and obligation free. At the end of the 3 months we will contact you to see if you wish to keep any licenses in the field running and then add those to your subscription.

Chat with one of the customer success team today to learn more – just click the gold chat window at the bottom right of your screen.
