3 ways to connect with the TriBuild Support Team when you need help

Like all advanced software products, there will be times when you aren't sure what the best steps are to follow in a process, or when something seems to not be working as you expect.

In those cases you should connect up with the TriBuild Customer Success team. The Customer Success team is there to help you learn the product, get tips on improving workflow, and helping you out when you are stuck.

You have several ways of connecting up with the Customer Success team:

  • Online Chat

  • Email

  • Phone

Online Chat

Online Chat is the ability to talk to a Customer Success team member through an instant messenger that is on our website and on the TriBuild Knowledge Base by clicking on the gold button in the bottom right hand corner of the page:

Once you click on the Chat gold button, it will open up the options available:

Online Chat is useful as it allows you chat at your pace allowing you to keep working while you discuss your needs with our team.

Email

Pretty self explanatory, but you can send emails directly to the TriBuild Customer Success team where they can respond. This method is good for out of hours support needs, or when you don't have the time to chat or talk with someone.

Phone

If it's urgent and in business hours (9am Eastern Time to 5.30pm Mountain Time), call us on (855) 646-3724 - you may need to leave a voicemail if we are busy, but we get them emailed to us with a transcription, so can respond quickly.
