Company Level Roles

Company Administrator

Ability to edit company and sub regions, offices and projects created under the company.  Rolls down to all offices, regions and projects below the selected company.

Permissions & Descriptions:

  • Address Book - Address Book Manager - Can edit office address book. Should be set at Office level role or higher role that rolls-down.
  • Billing -full permission
  • Bluebeam Studio - Authorize, create edit and delete Studio Projects and files
  • Budget - Budget Administrator -All the permissions of a Budget Editor, plus the ability to Override and Unlock a project budget.
  • Change Order - Change Order Creator - User can create and edit change orders.
  • Company - Company Manager - Ability to change company structure, details and address. Should be added to company tier roles.
  • Contracts - Contract User
  • Equipment Log - Equipment Log Manager - User can add to and edit items in the equipment log and import from master list. Should be set at project level role or higher role that rolls-down.
  • Field Reports - Delay/Issues/Field Reports/Time Cards - Add/Edit/View/Delete - User can Add, Edit, View and Delete in all modules.
  • Home Page - Allows the home button to show up.
  • Project Admin - Project Manager - User can create and edit projects. Should be set at office level role or higher that rolls-down.
  • Project Library - Project Library User - User can add, edit and delete Project Library folders and files.
  • RFI - RFI Creator - User can create edit and send RFIs. Permission should be in project level roll or higher rolls that roll-down.

  • Subcontracts - Subcontract User - User can create and manage subcontracts in a project
  • Submittal - Submittal Creator - User can create, edit and send submittals. Should be set at project level role or higher roles that roll-down.
  • Tasks - Add Edit and Delete - Add, edit and delete tasks you create or are assigned to you.
  • Templates - Manage Custom Templates - User can Add / Edit / Delete custom templates.
  • Users - Manage Users - Users - View Users - user has permission to view users
  • Master Time Card Log - User can add, edit, and delete pay periods and time cards

Project Manager - Company Projects

Grants permissions to modify all settings related to ALL projects in the company (Flat Company).  Rolls down to all offices, regions and projects below the selected company.

Office Viewer Role

The ability to view projects and modules at the office level Rolls down to all offices, regions and projects below the selected company.
