Overview
Even though TriBuild will upload a client's directory information, and/or a user may have entered in the minimum amount of information to get a company into the directory. The company is responsible for maintaining or updating the information.
Location
The Directory icon is located in the site navigation tool bar, in the sub-menu select the Companies option.
To the right of each company line item there is an Action icon (look like a gear).
In the sub-menu select the Edit Company option
The Edit Company template will appear. The rules are the same; the required fields must retain some sort of information, and when the user has completed making any changes they must select one of the Save buttons located at the bottom right hand corner, otherwise the system will revert back to the last saved information.
