Change Management Overview

The Change Management dashboard is the the central hub for managing changes in TriBuild Construction Management.

Access Change Management within a selected project:

  • Select Project

  • Select Change Management from project menu

From the for image below, note the following:

1.  Contract Status

  • Original Contract Amount = Base Bid + Accepted Alternates from the Contract Module.Change Orders Received = Change Orders previously received, approved and added the the Original Contract AmountCurrent Contract Amount = Original Contract + Change Orders ReceivedSubmitted PCORs = PCO Requests (PCOR) that have been submitted but not approved.Subcontract Change Orders = the total $ amount of change orders that have been issued to all the subcontractors on the project.Purchase Order Change Orders = the total $ amount of change orders to purchase orders on the project.

  • 2.  New PCOAdd a new proposed (possible) change order

  • 3.  Show/Hide ColumnsDisplay or hide colums on the PCO log.

  • 4.  Expand Row:  Select to expand the row and view more information related to the PCO.5.  Action menu:  Select to edit or delete the PCO.

 With PCO row expanded, manage PCORs and RFPs related to the PCO.

From the for image below, note the following:

  1. PCOR - Proposed Change Order Request

  2. PCO-RFP - Request for Pricing for subcontractors and vendors

  3. Add new

  4. Add, edit, view and delete
