TriBuild's Correspondence Module allows you to create, send, receive, and store any written or digital communication exchanged by two or more parties. Correspondence may come in the form of letters, emails, voicemails, & notes. Records of correspondence is important for most businesses because they serve as a paper trail of events from point A to point B during the construction project.
The correspondence module is located in the left hand menu at the project level, under the Documentation header.
The company can create as many custom verbiage letters they may need, linked back to the correspondence module. Only the system admin can create these templates by accessing the Manage templates function in the system admin menu.
